FAQ – Grounded Bake House

What do you bake?: We make naturally leavened sourdough loaves and brown butter cookies in small batches in Sharjah.
How early should I order?: Choose a delivery date at least 3 calendar days ahead.
Where do you deliver?: We deliver within the UAE only. Pickup and international delivery are not available.
How much is delivery?: Delivery is a flat AED 25 per order, with no free-delivery threshold.
How do I choose a delivery date?: Choose one available date for the complete cart. Availability follows our bake schedule.
Can items in one order have different delivery dates?: No. Every item in the cart shares one delivery date. Place separate orders when you need different dates.
Where can I see current products and prices?: The Shop page shows our current products, prices and availability. All prices are in AED.
Do you take wholesale enquiries?: Yes. Cafés, offices, events and recurring orders can use the Wholesale form. Dates and details are confirmed after review.
